The Issue

Assemblies are often underused: a few slides, a quick message, and little changes. Meanwhile, culture fractures—“us and them” mindsets form between year groups, as students don’t see a relatable figure telling them a story they want to hear. TCS changes that. We use real life stories to guide and provoke thought amongst students about social and civic issues as well as personal development and success.

How We Solve It

Our flagship assemblies are high-energy, student-led experiences that fuse storytelling, psychology, and practical commitments. We make character and belonging tangible, especially for students who typically feel disengaged in assemblies.

What It Looks Like in Your School

High-impact delivery:

15-30 minutes tailored to your cohort (e.g., Year 10 before mocks).

Interactive commitment points:

Students make small, public commitments—attendance streaks, revision sprints, peer support actions.

Role-model spotlight:

We platform your student leaders and ambassadors to own the message.

Follow-through pack:

Tutor-time discussion guides, corridor posters, and micro-challenges to keep the message alive for 2–4 weeks.
