IAt Tomorrow’s Changed Society, funding is about more than covering costs — it’s about building long-term, meaningful impact. Our model combines fee-based programmes with philanthropic support, allowing us to deliver high-quality work while ensuring access for the young people who need it most.

Staff training and Assemblies
To keep the Tomorrow’s Changed Society Initiative sustainable and impactful, we operate a fee-based model for our staff training and school assemblies.
Schools and organisations are charged a programme fee that reflects:
The time and expertise of our facilitators
The development and updating of high-quality, evidence-informed content
The resources and follow-up support we provide to your team and students
These fees allow us not only to deliver consistently high standards, but also to reinvest back into our wider social mission: expanding access, subsidising work with disadvantaged communities, and developing new tools and programmes for young people.

Mentoring
Our mentoring work operates on a philanthropic model so that cost is never a barrier for the young people who need it most. We aim to deliver mentoring free at the point of access for schools, community groups and care-experienced young people, funded instead through donations, grants and partnerships. By contributing to Tomorrow’s Changed Society—whether as an individual donor, corporate partner or charitable funder—you help us train mentors, design evidence-informed programmes, and reach those most at risk of exclusion, disengagement or being left behind. We are actively seeking donations to scale this work and would welcome a conversation about how you or your organisation could support our mission.
