Assemblies

Mentoring
Too many children lack relatable role models and drift toward
harmful influences. Our founder’s lived experience powers a bespoke TCS
mentoring model that pairs young people with credible mentors and
tailored support already delivering stronger choices, confidence, and
engagement.
Staff Training
In the year 2023/2024, school suspensions and
exclusions were up 21 and 16% respectively. There has long been a
mismanagement of trauma and neurodivergency. The lived
experience of the director enables him to communicate effective
behaviour management strategies that maximises outcomes for all.
