Tomorrow's Changed Society is GO!

In October, we delivered our first ever school assembly to Year 13 students: "What is Success?"

Our aim was simple: move success from a one-size-fits-all scoreboard to a personal, values-led journey.

Students mapped their own definitions, shared them with peers, and left with three takeaways:

  • Success is personal — it's not your parents', teachers', or Instagram's version. It's what gets you out of bed with a smile.
  • Failure is the compass — try, fail, reflect, adjust. Failure exposes what actually matters and points you toward your definition of success.

We also had the privilege of attending the AfC Celebration of Achievement Awards 2025 with our first ever mentee — a huge moment for TCS, and a reminder of why we do this: unlock confidence, raise aspirations, and make support visible for young people who need it most.

What's next?

  • Rolling out assemblies and small-group workshops on resilience, leadership, and peer mentorship.
  • Pairing volunteer mentors with students for light-touch, high-impact guidance.
  • Building a student ambassador network to keep the message alive between sessions.

Thank you to the brilliant students and staff who welcomed us, to our early supporters and mentors, and to the AfC team for celebrating young people so publicly. This is only the beginning.

If you're a school leader, teacher, parent, mentor, or partner who wants to get involved, get in touch. Let's bring TCS to more schools and help every young person define — and pursue — their own version of success.
