Founder. One Story.
Infinite Impact.
Our Funding Model
A sustainable model that combines earned income with philanthropic support — so we can keep delivering impact where it matters most.
Fee-Based Programmes
Schools and organisations commission our assemblies, mentoring, and staff training. Programme fees cover:
- Facilitator time and expertise
- Development of evidence-informed content
- Resources and follow-up support
Reinvestment Strategy
Revenue from paid programmes supports broader social goals:
- Expanding access for schools that can't afford full fees
- Subsidising work with disadvantaged communities
- Developing new tools and programmes
Current Status
We are in our early stages. Our Director currently self-funds the initiative, reflecting deep commitment to our mission.
We are registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC) and plan to transition to charity status — opening doors to new grant opportunities.

How We Measure Impact
Measuring impact is fundamental to our success and continuous improvement.
-
Pre- and Post-Intervention Assessments
We capture participants' perceptions, knowledge, and attitudes before and after every intervention — tracking self-awareness, confidence, and civic engagement.
-
Qualitative Feedback
Testimonials, interviews, and case studies from students, teachers, and mentors give us the real story behind the numbers.
-
Quantitative Metrics
We track attendance rates, behavioural improvements, participation levels, and progression into further education or employment.
-
Long-Term Follow-Up
We regularly revisit past participants to assess sustained outcomes and life trajectory changes — because real impact doesn't stop when the programme ends.
