AfC SENCo Conference

"School is the Laboratory of Society, it needs to be a place where more pupils can succeed without needing to fight the system."

It was a pleasure to be invited to give a workshop at the AfC annual SENDCo conference and speak to experts who work with vulnerable children on a daily basis.

I was refreshed to see the measures that individual schools were taking to ensure their facilities and resources were more inclusive and reflective of individual student needs.

Amongst fruitful conversations was the sentiment that the school curriculum is still inaccessible for thousands of students across the map.

The journey is far from over.

Tomorrow's Changed Society looks to drive systemic change inside the education system.

We are always looking to do more.
