Programme 01

Assemblies

Thought-provoking sessions that move students beyond group pressure — prompting young people to think for themselves and consider multiple viewpoints on social and civic topics.

What It Involves

Our assemblies are 15–30 minute, high-energy, student-led experiences combining storytelling, psychology, and practical commitments. Each session is tailored to a specific cohort — for example, Year 10 students ahead of mock exams, or Year 7s navigating their first term.

Conventional assemblies often underutilise their potential, lacking relatable storytelling and meaningful follow-up. TCS assemblies are different: they're built from lived experience and designed to leave a mark long after the session ends.

Key Features

  • Interactive commitment points where students make public pledges to their peers
  • Student leadership spotlighting and Ambassador platforming
  • Follow-through materials — tutor-time guides, posters, and micro-challenges — extending impact 2–4 weeks post-assembly
  • Storytelling and psychology combined for maximum engagement

Who It's For

Any secondary school year group (Years 7–13) looking to address behaviour, motivation, civic awareness, or upcoming milestones such as exams, transitions, or key dates in the school calendar. Content is tailored to the specific cohort — no generic assemblies.

Available As

  • One-off assemblies tied to school calendar moments
  • Packaged with mentoring and staff CPD for comprehensive, whole-school culture transformation

Expected Outcomes
